St. Gallen, Switzerland Conference Accommodations
For updated and final information on all hotels associated with the conference, please contact the St. Gallen-Bodensee Tourismus at congress@st.gallen-bodensee.ch. Information below is preliminary and may change. To see exact prices for each hotel, please use the online hotel reservation form - when you enter your preferences and click through, you will be taken to a page that displays room prices. As a general guide, NO Star hotels are CHF 77 – CHF 180, 2-Star hotels are CHF 115 – CHF 190, 3-Star hotels are CHF 150 – CHF 270, and 4-Star hotels are CHF 185 – CHF 277. (All prices are in Swiss Francs.)
The preferred booking method is online by visiting the hotel reservation form and using the online booking form. You can also mail or fax this form.
Reservation deadline is June 16, 2012. The St. Gallen-Bodensee Tourismus will continue to assist with reservation requests until July 19 but cannot guarantee the special room rates.
Most accommodations are located within walking distance of the conference site, which is at the Campus of the University of St. Gallen. The city center hosts many bars, restaurants, shopping alleys, and museums. Visit the City Map St. Gallen to download a map of the city of St. Gallen.

Smoking policies vary in the hotels. Please specify when booking if you require a smoking or non-smoking room.
The penalty for cancelling within 72 hours is the full cost of the booking. Prior to that, there is no cancellation penalty.
High-speed wireless internet connection in hotel rooms is provided free of charge at most but not all hotels. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
